Dysaesthesia

An unpleasant sensation caused by damage to the nerves.

Associated with distorted or unpleasant sensations (painful, itchy or burning) when touched, dysaesthesia is usually coupled with abnormalities in the brain or spinal cord. For example, the thing that’s supposed to comfort you the most, a hug, can be incredibly painful.
