Cog fog

Cognitive fog means changes in cognition or cognitive impairment.

Cognition is the medical term for memory, thinking and concentration and changes with your brain can start to happen almost immediately with MS, and ‘cog fog’ (also known as ‘brain fog’) is one of them. It’s a term people living with MS use to describe the forgetfulness, trouble concentrating, and confusion experienced.
